I like nice. I like tidy.
Life, on the other hand, prefers footnotes, plot twists, unanswered questions, and emotions that seem to have ignored every memo they’ve ever been sent.
I write about the bits that don’t quite fit: friendship, memory, grief, love, loyalty, boundaries, acceptance, and the not-always-glorious and chaotic conversations between my brain and my heart.
Mostly because writing them down helps me (hopefully) make sense of them. It’s also considerably cheaper than therapy and much kinder to my friends.
